When do I use the Boards?

1)    If Nicholas verbally requests something give him what he wants but encourage him to use the board to improve interaction and reinforce some structure and routine at home, which he desperately needs.

2)    If they got a sense that he wanted/reached for something they should encourage him to use the board.
